The source of the product comes from any of the following 3 main manufacturers : Lukoil, Gazprom and Rosneft. The product will be sourced directly from a refinery or its agent in Russia.
You are welcome to contact us if you could provide the following :
- A Letter of Intent (LOI) on the purchaser’s company letterhead.
- A Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) with permission granted to the seller for conducting a Soft Probe. The BCL must be issued by one of the Top 25 International Banks.
The buyer must have Storage Tanks and Import Permit.
